I love how G Gee showed us how the movements should be and even moved our bodies to help us. She made sure we were actually working out all the muscles that she aimed for us to work out which I appreciate. I was feeling the shakes she wanted us to but in a good way!

Always love starting my morning at sculpt with Jenny! The structure of her class really makes you work every single muscle and gives you the best burn🔥 She keeps the class fun and challenging with incorporating new moves each week. Would most definitely recommend Jenny’s sculpt classes!

This was a perfect lunchtime workout! I loved the circuit style class and left feeling like I had a good full body workout. Mariah was an energetic and welcome instructor who provided tons of options to modify or amplify while making it feel like every option was truly welcomed.
